How do I make a reservation for a tour?
You can conveniently book a tour through our website by selecting the tour you want and filling out the booking form. You can also contact our customer service by phone or email and book your place through that.
Can I pay for the tour in advance?
You can pay for the tour in advance for ready-made products, customized tours are paid on site or by bank transfer. We also accept e-pass. Please note that cancellations for tours must be made 48 hours before the start of the tour, otherwise we will retain the amount paid for the reservation.
What if the trip is canceled?
If we have to cancel the trip due to bad weather or other obstacles, we will refund 100%.
What do I need to bring on the trip?
We recommend dressing appropriately for the weather on your trip! We have warm clothing available to lend you if needed, but it is always more comfortable to bring your own weather-appropriate clothing on your trip.
